Leslee Cooper Headshot

Hello, great to meet you! I’m Leslee Cooper, a top RE/MAX Crest REALTOR®, selling homes in Vancouver and on the Sunshine Coast for the past 15 years. Let me tell you how I can assist you in making your next best investment.
I believe the process of working with a real estate agent should be enjoyable and as stress free as possible. I treat my clients with honesty and respect, and it is important to me to develop relationships of trust and integrity. Before transitioning to real estate, I acquired my B.Sc.N. from UBC and worked as a nurse for 20 years. I take my job as a
real estate professional seriously and I strive to assist my clients in achieving their real estate goals. I am committed to provide the best service in the business and my negotiation skills are top notch. By consistently demonstrating these attributes, my clients enthusiastically refer me to their family and friends.
My professional awards include membership in RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Platinum Club and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Medallion Club which places me in the top 10% of all Vancouver and Sunshine Coast realtors.
I truly love and embrace the pacific lifestyle the west coast of British Columbia offers. The busy metropolis of Vancouver is a great place to live, and I am fortunate enough to be able to take the ferry and go back and forth from the Sunshine Coast. I work, live and play skipping back and forth between the two, experiencing not only a great unpolluted and safe world class Pacific Rim city, but also being able to experience the tranquility and quaintness of the ocean side communities of the Sunshine Coast.
What do I love about the west coast? Clean air and clean water are most important to me, whether I am drinking it, or swimming in it, or paddling in it! The ability to head to the beach every day after work to swim and watch the sunset while eating my picnic dinner, fills my soul.
For outdoor enthusiasts of all types, the west coast offers easy access to the mountains near Squamish and Whistler.
Vancouver is a city which attracts people of all cultures from all the different parts of the world. Vancouver’s many neighbourhoods are as varied as its inhabitants. The ‘green’ approach by the local government is making Vancouver a city like many of its European counterparts; bike lanes are plentiful and well used and are an easy way to get around. Vancouver offers many private and public art galleries as well as festivals and events such as Dine-In Vancouver and the Vancouver Folk festival.
The Sunshine Coast is an easy commute to Vancouver, A forty minute ferry ride through the islands lands you minutes from the charming community of Gibsons, home of the series, The Beachcomber. The Sunshine Coast embraces a rural and relaxed lifestyle that many who live in Vancouver retreat to on weekends and holidays.
Working as a real estate agent is a position I take seriously. I have engaged the services of a private business coach for the last 5 years, I donate from each deal I do to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and I also donate to the Children’s Miracle Network. I have been a participant in the Ride to Conquer Cancer.
I care about the environment, riding my bike in Vancouver whenever it’s unnecessary to take a car. I am trying to figure out ways to eliminate the use of plastic in my life, I meditate and do yoga and play golf. I believe that exercising and eating healthy food are important to my quality of life, and I love travel and adventure. I want to be your trusted real estate advisor, providing you with accurate information and advice on real estate, addressing your concerns and delivering results.
I’d love to assist you in attaining your real estate goals.
